Mark most recently led the Leadership & Professional Development team at American Airlines – the world’s largest airline. Prior to his time at American, he worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles, where his roles included HR Business Partner and Executive Director, Leadership & Organization Development for the Television & Digital Productions businesses. Prior to Sony, Mark lived in Phoenix and worked in various training & development roles at Apollo Education Group, where he obtained his Master of Science in Counseling – continuing from his undergraduate studies in psychology.
